Collection Services and Events

WEEKLY COLLECTION SERVICES: GreenWaste’s top priorities are the health and safety of our employees and the community. We do not presently anticipate interruptions in service; however, the situation is changing day by day and we are committed to maintaining prompt and proactive communications. Unless otherwise notified, please rest assured that GreenWaste will continue to provide weekly collection service as usual and the Customer Service phone lines will maintain their normal hours.

OUTREACH & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Please be advised that GreenWaste’s outreach, technical assistance and other related community relations efforts have been cancelled or will be modified through the foreseeable future. This includes in-person meetings, site visits and any previously planned tours of our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) – the health and safety of our visitors, employees and the community at large is our top priority and we are taking these precautionary measures to help prevent the possible spread of the virus.

COMMUNITY CLEAN UP EVENTS: In some of the communities we serve, we host Clean Up Events in which residents drop off materials for GreenWaste to recycle or dispose. In some of these areas, we are continuing these services with social distancing modifications, dependent on the direction from our jurisdictions. Please visit your community’s service page to learn about the events in your area.
