Tracy has been with GreenWaste since 2008 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, where he oversees all aspects of the business and business development.  Outside of his role as CEO, Tracy actively participates in various community, business, and non-profit organizations.

Tracy has a bachelor’s degree in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.

Clete joins GreenWaste with almost two decades of executive leadership experience in the resource recovery and construction materials sectors, most recently as CEO of an Australia-based waste engineering company. Prior to that, Clete held several senior leadership roles with Australia’s largest waste and recovery business.

As Chief Operating Officer, Clete further strengthens GreenWaste commitment to the provision of safe, customer centric, efficient, and sustainable waste solutions through a highly engaged and motivated team.

Clete has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a bachelor’s degree from RMIT University.

James has worked as a financial controller and investment professional within the infrastructure industry for the past 15 years, for both listed and unlisted funds. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all accounting, reporting, and financial control related functions at GreenWaste, including contractual and governmental reporting, and compliance.

James graduated from Dublin City University in Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a master’s degree in Accounting.

Greg has more than 31 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry, holding multiple operations positions throughout his career. In his current role as Chief Development Officer, Greg guides all GreenWaste operations with an emphasis on growth, innovation, and a vision for the future.

Greg has a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University.

Catherine comes to GreenWaste with over two decades of experience as an attorney, including having worked in the waste and recycling industry since 2011. In her current role as GreenWaste’s General Counsel and Secretary, Catherine oversees all of GreenWaste’s legal operations and the ESG team.

Catherine has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, and is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas.

Zoraya, PHR, has worked at GreenWaste since 2007, initially in dispatch, then payroll, and eventually working her way up to her current position of VP of Human Resources. In her current role, Zoraya oversees all of GreenWaste’s human resources functions.

Zoraya has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. She also has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Standards Institute and several certifications from Micro HR and the Wharton Executive Education Chief Human Resources Officer Program.

Ricky has been with GreenWaste for more than 20 years, working as a sorter, collection vehicle operator, MRF Supervisor, and VP, MRF Operations. In his current role as VP, Post Collections, Ricky is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of GreenWaste’s post collection operations, including material processing, commodity management, material hauling and transport, compliance, and site safety.

Morgan comes to GreenWaste with 15 years of experience across investment banking, investing, and operations. In his current role as GreenWaste’s VP of Strategy & Execution, Morgan is responsible for GreenWaste’s strategic planning and implementation through the identification and evaluation of both organic and inorganic investment opportunities.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Michael has been in the waste and recycling industry for more than 44 years. In his current role, Michael is focused on coordinating all of GreenWaste’s business development activity, with a focus on the collection and processing of residential and commercial solid waste, organic materials, recyclable materials, and construction and demolition debris.

Michael has a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

John joins GreenWaste with decades of experience in enterprise software, biotechnology, and heavy highway construction. In his current role as VP of IT, he is responsible for all information technology at GreenWaste, supporting both employees and operations and leads growth and innovation through the strategic use of technology.

John graduated from Saint Mary’s with a bachelor’s degree in Management.

Jon has worked as a Chief Financial Officer and advisory professional within a number of industries for the past 14 years. In his current role as VP of Accounting, he is responsible for all accounting, reporting, and financial control-related functions at GreenWaste.

Jon is a licensed certified public accountant and a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Financial Controllership and Accounting.

Brian McCord

Brian has more than 30 years of experience in environmental, water resources, and wastewater utilities. In his current role as VP of Safety, Brian is responsible for the development and implementation of the health, safety, and emergency response programs at GreenWaste facilities, with a focus on developing processes to prevent workplace injuries and promoting safe work practices.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in Geology from San Diego State University and a master’s degree in Geology from California State University, Northridge.
