Our service area for 10 Cubic Yard dumpster service is limited to the area encompassing an 8-mile travel distance from the GreenWaste Florin Perkins Resource Recovery Facility (4201 Florin Perkins Rd, Sacramento, CA 95826). We also offer other discount residential dumpsters in the Sacramento Area at various price points: 20 Cubic Yard30 Cubic Yard, and 40 Cubic Yard, depending on your location.

Affordability: We pride ourselves on being the most budget-friendly dumpster service in Sacramento.

Perfect Size: Our 10 cubic yard dumpster, which measures 16 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 3 feet in height, has been designed for convenient placement in driveways. To ensure proper usage and safe removal, all materials must remain below the rim of the dumpster.

Disposal Included: The base price covers disposal of up to 1000 pounds or 1/2 ton of materials. Each rental comes complete with 1 delivery, 1 removal, and a 3-day rental period.

Excess Weight: For any weight exceeding the initial 1000 pounds or 1/2 ton, there is a charge of $90 per ton, w franchise fees.

Acceptable Materials

Our dumpster can accommodate a variety of materials for disposal. While this list is not exhaustive, it provides a brief overview of items that are generally acceptable to toss into the dumpster. Unless an item is explicitly listed as unacceptable or outlined in our terms and conditions, items not mentioned here should typically be suitable for disposal. If you have any uncertainties, please don’t hesitate to contact our office, and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Accepted Items for in Mixed Household & Junk Dumpster include:

  • Old Furniture: This includes items like chairs, tables, bed frames, and desks.
  • Cardboard and Papers: Cardboard boxes, papers, and books can be disposed of.
  • Shelving and Wood Debris: Painted wood, wood debris, and shelving materials are acceptable.
  • Fencing Materials: Wood, chain link, and iron (not pressure treated) fencing materials are permitted.
  • Brush and Woody Materials: Branches, brush, and woody materials are allowed. Bags of leaves or yard clippings are not accepted.
  • Construction Debris (excluding Recycling Reporting): Bathroom Fixtures, Cabinetry, Countertops, Drywall, Flooring, Lumber and Wooden Materials
  • Mixed Household Items: A wide range of non-hazardous household waste and debris, such as boxes, mattresses, toys, clothing, tables, documents, damaged items, furniture, and more.
  • Brush and Yard Waste: Small trees, branches, tree limbs, tree chips, and certain types of leaves are accepted. Larger tree rounds with a diameter over 2 feet are considered oversized and subject to additional charges.
  • Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D): Siding, Flooring (all types), Sheetrock, Insulation, Wood Debris, Lumber (no treated wood), Glass Windows, Rebar, Metal, Pipes, Sinks, Countertops, Bathtubs, Glass, and Plastics
  • Heavy debris: concrete, asphalt, asphalt shingles, dirt, stucco, and brick can only go into 10 cubic yard dumpsters due to its weight.
  • Dirt or Dirt and Sod: such as dirt, sod, large rocks.
  • Concrete: Concrete from building pads, driveways, road construction, etc. May include native stone and asphalt, with minimal flush-cut wire or rebar. No dirt, base rock, brick, roofing tiles, wood, or trash. Concrete over 2’x2’x2’ will be charged as OVERSIZED. No slurry.
  • Stucco: stucco and lath, felt or barrier, stucco, plaster, pool plaster or gunite
  • Composite Asphalt Roofing: Mixed Commercial and residential asphalt roofing containing lumber, flashing, cardboard, insulation, or trash. Wood shingles, trash and insulation may also appear in the load.

Unacceptable Materials

Unacceptable Materials in Mixed Household & Junk Dumpster include:

  • Loose Yard Waste: This comprises more than a ½ cubic yard of grass clippings, leaves, weeds, pine needles. Branches and brush are acceptable, but loose yard waste like food waste should not be included.
  • Hazardous Materials: Prohibited items consist of, but are not limited to, asbestos, oils, chemicals, lacquer, paint thinner, and wood stain. Items that are liquid-based cannot be placed in our roll-off containers. This category encompasses household cleaners, contaminated soils and absorbents, pesticides, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), flammable substances, wet paint, oil, gasoline, propane, mercury-based materials, or appliances containing liquids.
  • Appliances: like AC units and refrigerators are allowed if positioned nearest to the dumpster doors, with additional charges applicable. Additionally, oil filters, batteries, and similar items are not acceptable
  • Treated Wood Waste: Treated wood waste is not permitted.
  • Fluorescent Bulbs: Fluorescent bulbs are not to be included.
  • Lithium-Ion Batteries: These batteries should not be included.
  • Batteries of Any Type: All battery types are prohibited.
  • Medical Infectious Waste: This includes any material used in medicine or any items that have encounter bodily fluids. Examples encompass animal carcasses or body parts, dialysis waste, hospital blood bags, human blood, blood-soaked fabrics, unused or expired drugs and prescriptions, used needles, and sharps.

Concrete DebrisClean Concrete Only 10 Cubic Yard Dumpster

Perfect Size: Our 10 cubic yard dumpster, measuring 16 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 3 feet in height, is ideal for driveway placement. To ensure proper usage and safe removal, all materials must remain below the rim of the dumpster.

Disposal Included: The base price covers disposal of up to 10,000 pounds or 5 tons of clean concrete or asphalt only.

Excess Weight: For any weight exceeding the initial 10,000 pounds or 5 ton, there is a charge of $45 per ton, alongside applicable franchise fees.

This dumpster is rented for Clean Concrete Only

Clean concrete from building pads, driveways, road construction, etc. May include native stone and asphalt, with minimal flush-cut wire or rebar. Concrete over 2’x2’x2’ will be charged as OVERSIZED.

  • Clay tiles, clay bricks, ceramic tiles.
  • Any debris that is not concrete or asphalt.
  • Petromat
  • Dirt
