Animal Shelters

Did you know that animal shelters can be a great donation resource for some common items that we no longer need and would normally throw out with our garbage?  Items such as old blankets and towels that may be too old for us humans are perfect for our animal friends.  Please contact your local shelter for further details on what they are accepting for donations.

Wheels for Wishes

Wheels For Wishes is a car donation program benefiting Make-A-Wish® Greater Bay Area. We are proud to offer a free and easy way to recycle or donate unwanted cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, RVs, or even boats, by turning them into a wish for a local child. We pick-up or tow away cars free of charge, anywhere in the Greater Bay Area, whether they run or not. Vehicles are either recycled or auctioned off and 100% of the net proceeds benefit Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area. Since we are a tax-exempt charity under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, you also receive the maximum possible tax deduction for your charity vehicle donation.

Cars to Cure Breast Cancer

A charity donation program Cars To Cure Breast Cancer, benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Also benefiting Make-A-Wish, we accept donated vehicles and either recycle or auction them off and use the earned proceeds to benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. All donations help to fund breast cancer research so that we can one day see a cure for breast cancer.

Donations Centers/Shelters (accept food and & other goods)

There are many ways to donate to a charity, some of us write checks, some give their time and others have an old sleeping bag or an old dresser ready to throw away, but instead, donate to a shelter nearby. Food banks are another charity to keep in mind; they not only take food but also take a variety of unwanted goods.  So think twice before throwing something out and help those less fortunate and donate.

Examples: Diapers, Ziploc bags, toys, sundries and clothing, small hygiene kits, sleeping bags and blankets, mattresses, dressers, lamps, clean egg cartons, rubber bands, paper & plastic bags, pens and other miscellaneous non-prepared food items.
