Clete joins GreenWaste with almost two decades of executive leadership experience in the resource recovery and construction materials sectors, most recently as CEO of an Australia-based waste engineering company. Prior to that, Clete held several senior leadership roles with Australia’s largest waste and recovery business.

As Chief Executive Officer, Clete further strengthens GreenWaste commitment to the provision of safe, customer centric, efficient, and sustainable waste solutions through a highly engaged and motivated team.

Clete has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a bachelor’s degree from RMIT University.

James has worked as a financial controller and investment professional within the infrastructure industry for the past 15 years, for both listed and unlisted funds. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for all accounting, reporting, and financial control related functions at GreenWaste, including contractual and governmental reporting, and compliance.

James graduated from Dublin City University in Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and a master’s degree in Accounting.

Kevin brings two decades of relevant sector experience to GreenWaste, most recently as the California and Nevada Area President for Republic Services. His extensive track record leading and developing high-performing teams aligns with GreenWaste’s commitment to quality, as does his focus on safety, people development, and operational excellence.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration (Accounting) and a master’s of business administration (MBA) from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Kristin is a seasoned corporate attorney and business advisor with nearly a decade of experience partnering with executive teams, boards and investors on high-stakes transactions and strategic initiatives. As GreenWaste’s General Counsel, Kristin oversees all GreenWaste’s legal operations. Her prior experience includes roles at a number of premier international law firms, including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she advised public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, financings, IPOs, corporate governance, regulatory matters, securities compliance, litigation, and other transformative events and day-to-day legal issues. Kristin has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including technology and software, healthcare and life sciences, industrials and manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and consumer and retail, and she brings a practical, business-oriented approach to risk management and execution.

Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Adrian Bryan joins GreenWaste with decades of experience in logistics, procurement, and operations. In his current role as GreenWaste’s VP of Asset Management and Procurement, he oversees all sustainment operations for both fixed and mobile assets and leads all procurement strategic initiatives. In addition to previous roles in private industry, Adrian also served over twenty-two years in multiple logistics roles at the strategic, operational and tactical level as an Army Logistics Officer (Major – Retired).

Adrian holds an MPA from the University of Oklahoma with a concentration on Public Relations & Policy.

John joins GreenWaste with decades of experience in enterprise software, biotechnology, and heavy highway construction. In his current role as VP of IT, he is responsible for all information technology at GreenWaste, supporting both employees and operations and leads growth and innovation through the strategic use of technology.

John graduated from Saint Mary’s with a bachelor’s degree in Management.

Jon has worked as a Chief Financial Officer and advisory professional within a number of industries for the past 14 years. In his current role as VP of Accounting, he is responsible for all accounting, reporting, and financial control-related functions at GreenWaste.

Jon is a licensed certified public accountant and a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Financial Controllership and Accounting.

Kelley joins GreenWaste with more than 25 years of experience across waste and recycling operations, route optimization, fleet management, customer service, and labor relations. In his current role as GreenWaste’s VP of Collections, Kelley is responsible for end to end collection operations across the company’s entire route network, championing best in class customer service while driving safety, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Ricky has been with GreenWaste for more than 20 years, working as a sorter, collection vehicle operator, MRF Supervisor, and VP, MRF Operations. In his current role as VP, Post Collections, Ricky is responsible for the oversight and management of all aspects of GreenWaste’s post collection operations, including material processing, commodity management, material hauling and transport, compliance, and site safety.

Morgan comes to GreenWaste with 15 years of experience across investment banking, investing, and operations. In his current role as GreenWaste’s VP of Strategy & Execution, Morgan is responsible for GreenWaste’s strategic planning and implementation through the identification and evaluation of both organic and inorganic investment opportunities.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Manny joins the GreenWaste team with nearly a decade of solid waste and recycling experience in both the Northern and Southern CA markets. Manny most recently served as the West Area Director of Municipal Sales for Republic Services where he was responsible for leading a team of 55 municipal-focused staff members and ensuring the long-term profitability of 50+ exclusive municipal franchise agreements. Manny has extensive experience in contract negotiations, new business procurement, implementing new regulatory compliant programs/services, and municipal relationship building. Prior to his tenure with Republic Services, Manny worked in the public sector holding positions with the CA State Senate and the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District, a member agency of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern CA.

Manny holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UCLA.
