Kristin is a seasoned corporate attorney and business advisor with nearly a decade of experience partnering with executive teams, boards and investors on high-stakes transactions and strategic initiatives. As GreenWaste’s General Counsel, Kristin oversees all GreenWaste’s legal operations. Her prior experience includes roles at a number of premier international law firms, including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Latham & Watkins LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she advised public and private companies and private equity sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, financings, IPOs, corporate governance, regulatory matters, securities compliance, litigation, and other transformative events and day-to-day legal issues. Kristin has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including technology and software, healthcare and life sciences, industrials and manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and consumer and retail, and she brings a practical, business-oriented approach to risk management and execution.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, a master’s degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester, and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
