GreenWaste Expands Footprint in San Joaquin County with Acquisition of East Stockton Transfer and Recycling Center

STOCKTON, CA – GreenWaste, a local leader in sustainable waste management and recycling solutions, announced today the acquisition of the East Stockton Transfer and Recycling Center. Effective May 1, 2025, operations will transition under GreenWaste of San Joaquin County, LLC, doing business as GreenWaste Stockton Material Recovery Facility and Transfer Station.

This acquisition marks a significant step in GreenWaste’s continued commitment to local communities and its mission to innovate and lead in the circular resource economy. The Stockton facility will expand GreenWaste’s regional capabilities, improve efficiency in material recovery, and enhance service offerings for residential and commercial customers in the San Joaquin area. Additionally, the facility will increase diversion from landfills by expanding recycling capabilities.
