Garbage Collection

Residents are required to provide their own 32-gallon can for garbage collection service. GreenWaste offers residents rental of wheeled carts for garbage collection service in various sizes. You may choose from a 32, 65 or 95-gallon wheeled cart. Rates and dimensions are available by viewing them in the Woodside Rates section.

Recycling Collection

Residents may choose from a 65 or 95-gallon wheeled cart for recyclables at no additional charge with garbage collection. Recycling is unlimited and includes single stream recycling; single stream means no sorting needed. Place all recyclables in the cart for collection. Dimensions are available by viewing them in the Woodside Rates section.

Extra recyclables may be placed in a 32-gallon can of your own or a paper bag - labeled "recyclables" and placed beside your recycling cart for collection.

Compostables Collection

Residents are required to provide their own 32-gallon can for compostables collection service. Compostables service is unlimited, however all materials must be contained in 32-gallon cans for collection. GreenWaste offers residents rental of wheeled carts for compostables collection in two sizes. You may choose from a 65 or 95-gallon wheeled cart. Rates and dimensions are available by viewing them in the Woodside Rates section.

Branches may not exceed 3 feet in length or 6 inches in diameter and must fit loose inside with the lid closed or placed in bundles no larger than 4 feet by 4 feet tied with cotton twine. Each compostables can/cart may not exceed 60 pounds.

Collection of Garbage, Recyclables and Compostables is weekly. Please set out by 7am on your service day.
